DramaLlama provides a cloud-based HR management platform designed for supervisions, appraisals, and compliance management. Our services include staff management, supervision records, appraisals, analytics, CQC compliance, and training management.

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5. User Content
