Our Story

DramaLlama was born out of firsthand experience with the HR challenges faced by care providers. Our founders worked in and consulted for various care organisations and witnessed the administrative burden that often pulled staff away from their primary focus: caring for people.

In 2023, we launched DramaLlama with a clear mission: to create a platform that would streamline HR processes specifically for care providers, helping them stay compliant with CQC regulations whilst reducing administrative workload.

Today, we're proud to serve care organisations across the UK, from small independent providers to large multi-site operations, all united by their commitment to quality care.
